  • 1. How is Dynamite Wealth Management compensated?

We are compensated in two distinct ways.

    • Asset-based fee, calculated on your daily balance and paid monthly. This applies to our advisory accounts and some mutual funds (depending on the share class). Our fee schedule is lower than the industry average and very competitive.
    • Commission – typically paid directly by the companies or carriers that we work with and, in most instances, does not reduce your investment value. In other words, it doesn’t come out of your funds directly. This varies by company, product, and solution.

Most solutions and plans we fully implement are a combination of the two above. Typically, we are in the “most value for your fee/commission” category.

*Financial planning analysis and financial plan construction for a fee, available upon request.

  • 2. Is there a minimum asset level to work with Dynamite Wealth?

No. Unlike many advisors, we don’t have a minimum asset requirement to work with us.

Throughout my life, there have been people who invested their time, energy, and resources in me that helped shape the person I am today. Their example continues to influence how I approach my work and all the relationships I build.

If we believe we can genuinely help you, and it's a good fit for both of us, we're happy to work with you, regardless of your account size.

  • 3. Do you offer virtual meetings or work with out-of-state clients?

Yes. We proudly serve clients across the country. We are currently fully licensed in more than 20 states, and we can work with clients in all 50 states.

Typically, we will meet virtually, but I have been known to pick an area of the country each year to meet with clients in person. Whether you’re near or far, you will receive the same WORLD-CLASS level of service and care. To see which states we are currently licensed in, click here.

  • 4. What makes Dynamite Wealth different from other advisors?

We simply care more than anyone else [Full Stop].

Our main goal is not to have as many clients as possible or generate as much revenue as we can. When we engage with a new client, we hope it will be a lifetime relationship. We put forth an exceptional amount of time, effort, and care into each and every client that we serve. You are family here.

  • 5. Do you offer tax or estate planning advice, or coordinate with outside professionals?

While I cannot provide legal tax or estate planning advice, I am a Certified Financial Planner™ with education in both areas and 25 years of experience. We work with CPAs, tax preparers, and Estate Planning Attorneys across the country if those are the services you require.

  • 6. Can you help with business succession or planning for a liquidity event?

Yes, I have a specific Outside Business Activity (“OBA”) that permits this on a consulting basis, and I have experience with business succession planning and an outright sale of the business.

  • 7. Do you offer second opinions on existing portfolios or financial plans?

Yes, no fee or charge to do so. Also, if it’s in your best interest to stay where you are or with your existing advisor, we will tell you so. Your best interests always come before our own.

  • 8. How do you build and manage investment portfolios?

With 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, we construct portfolios that consider your personal risk tolerance, time horizon, income needs, and a myriad of factors that vary from client to client. In other words, we craft a portfolio that is right for you and your specific situation.

  • 9. What’s your approach to minimizing taxes on my investments and retirement income?

Taxes are a primary focus of most of our strategies. We have successfully navigated many different interest-rate and tax environments for our clients over the past 25 years. While not the only consideration, tax law and its changes are typically a primary focus during both the growth and distribution phases of investing.

  • 10. How often will we meet, and what does ongoing communication look like?

We can meet as often as you would like. We do not have a standardized meeting schedule. Some clients want to meet once a month, some once a quarter, and some at other intervals. Whenever and however you would like to meet, we will accommodate what is best for you.
